“Spotlight on” … African Journal of International and Comparative Law

African African Journal of Comparative LawJournal of International and Comparative Law is a tri-annual published in February, June and October of each year. It provides invaluable refereed material on public or private international and comparative law on a pan-African basis.

The Journal recommenced publication with EUP in March 2005, with the approval of the African Society of International and Comparative Law. It includes articles on public or private international law, in English or French, as well as a section on recent developments relevant to the continent of Africa.

African Journal of International and Comparative Law’s eminent Editorial Board has members from international institutions in Geneva and from universities in Africa, UK and the US. Its General Editors are Professor Rachel Murray (Professor of International Human Rights Law, University of Bristol) and Dr Kofi Oteng Kufuor (Reader in Law, University of East London).

Previous issues of African Journal of International and Comparative Law have included articles such as the International Criminal Justice in Africa, Curing the Legal Limbo of Captured Pirates, ILO Standards and the Nigerian Law of Unfair Dismissal, and the Immunity Conundrum.

The next issue of African Journal of International and Comparative Law is due for publication in February 2015.
